We produce air pipes used in systems for ventilation and air conditioning of car cabins. These blow moulded pipes serve to circulate air in cars. Daily we produce 3,000 air pipes with fastening elements.

Usually the shape of these products has to be adapted to other products of our customers, which is the reason why we employ several different construction methods, enabling us to manufacture a kit (using different component parts) that allows our customers to focus solely on their products.

Our development team, consisting of outsourced design and construction experts and in-house engineers, ensures that the customers’ requirements are fulfilled (Catia, AutoCAD modelling, production of tools and automation of operations in concurrent finishing processes).
